actually i dont want to write here but because i dont get full information what's wrong on my vps they only said "There some urgent maintenence going on in node server,"
but what kind maintence i dont know and the bad thing is they dont send email to me regarding this maintenance
i just knew my vps has down over 5 hours and right now its almost near 6 hours still offline no information
and still no ETA nor any information from them, im lost right now
here is my ticket ID #471914
i hope someone from hudsonvalleyhost replied here to explain what's wrong on the node
as i can see the node is coming from dimenoc whihc is hostdime
i really disappointed |

current status from pingdom
is UP again at 10/05/2012 06:29:05PM, after 6h 24m of downtime.
Great !
hope this will be the last downtime |

Sorry for the delay in responding to this post its the first Ive seen it. This downtime was due to a hardware issue. The server was replaced and the issue has been resolved. We also added a credit to your account for the downtime. I apologize about the inconvenience. |

Sorry to hear about the server Ernie. Glad it didn;t turn out to be a disaster like when the DC shutdown one of my server nodes.
@pointsense You need not worry about HVH. They really are a great bunch of guys. I used them as a VPS reseller, a couple years back before I purchased my own node equipment. They were always reliable, and Ernie(the owner) is a great guy to work with.
Heck, he even gave me a free temporary VPS, back in May, to get an important client of mine back online very quickly, while I dealt with a downed server of my own. |
