We did experience an hour of downtime while working on our network to resolve the BGP issues we had last month. We're happy to finally have found the cause of the issues and how to resolve them if they occur again (which they shouldn't with the new settings). I am rather disappointed it took an hour to resolved but there was a miscommunication that caused a delay in the resolution.
