fasthosts VPS outage

Currently going through a VPS outage from Fasthosts, since 22:34 BST (GMT +1), its been 40 minutes. |

I am afraid if its via Level3 networks , you are facing the same outage as we are. Provide a traceroute to the server ip. |

Looks like it's a problem with BT's connection. trace 7 is usually bt. Or you aint paid ya bill! |

Well. Fasthost use bt for quite a large portion of there network just like LCN. aswell as 1and1.
But it doesnt explain why the first traceroute was fine.
