Showing Level3 network critical . Also traceroute to our layered network suggest there is packet loss from level3

Anybody with similar problem ? |

Yes, we are facing same problem, too many packet loss at point of level3 |

Is the traceroute showing request timedout from

We are seeing an issue in nashville on legacy comcast metro-e that uses level3 only. |

Surprisingly Layeredtech people said the server is having hardware failure and need to re-load the OS with new IP ?
hardware failure i understand OS reload can be done , But why IP change ? That suggest to me that something is wrong with the Network. |

We use Level3 on both coasts and haven't seen any issues nor are any reported by clients. |

My issue was caused by a level3 fiber cut in nashville. |
