Down again for the second time since 9/17. Both my server and their website does not load for the past 30+ mins. Their reliability is really in question and there is no update on Twitter/FB or here.

Down again at 3:40AM Pacific. I'll cancel my service with VersaWeb, too many outage (5 within the past 2 months)

Have you tried contacting them directly? I use their Fiberhub brand, and they are stand up people to work with.
