We were making repairs from the results of a city power failure a few days prior. A power module failed during the this repair, causing temporary power loss. We were able to quickly restore power, but everything had to reboot and reload.
We apologize sincerely for our recent issues. Some of them were beyond our control (DNS Dos attack or ISP issue), others like yesterdays outage were our responsibility. In each situation we try to respond as quickly as possible and have our customer's site back up even before our own.
In the event that you cannot reach our customer support, we do post updates on our Facebook account to inform our customers of any site-wide issues.
