Yes but its been happening off and on alot lately very frustrating but nothing too serious compared to completely offline nodes |

Just posting to confirm, 14 out of my 16 servers are back online.
Looks like it's becoming fully functional again. |

issue has been solved, broken memory has been replaced.
We will perform some major network upgrades within the next month to prevent future problems and optimize redundancy. Customers will be informed per email about this.

While I do dislike the (increasingly common) downtime, I do have to say i LOVE how you guys updated us this time. It makes the downtime less stressful. So at least you're doing that right, thanks guys. |

Ive called the emergancy phone number, the phone is off
i have made 911 call in myserverpanel.
No reply from you 5 hours now!!
You messed up the firewall rules i think!
Our server is online, and web is running, but all access to the server is offline
FTP, SQL, REMOTE, Development tools
On all my servers!!
We have development week, and we have 4 developers here on location at at 100$ in hour per person, wasting our money, a the cannot work.. 6 hours now 400$X6
GRRRRRRRRRR WTF in going on??
Even our remote emergency Idrac card access lines are not working! |
