Change Activity Details: In order to improve stability of our network services, Network Engineers will be performing a firmware upgrade for legacy customer access routers.
Impact Statement: Customers will experience a loss of network connectivity to their servers for up to 30 minutes while work is being performed.

The impact will be for our servers located in Dallas, TX. This is to prevent future instability for the network.
Our Toronto facility will not be impacted during this period however, please note, our main site and client portal will not be available while the maintenance is being performed (30 minutes).
