Posted by bbrog, 09-11-2012, 08:26 PM Hi, is anyone else having problems with there sites hosted with rockmyweb.net? My vps is down and no one is responding via support.
My sites go down every month at least 2-3 times this is getting ridiculous!
Posted by devonblzx, 09-11-2012, 09:20 PM I apologize that you have had issues, we do have one small outage in Chicago Metro which seems to be affecting a small portion of our customers.
If you have had outages 2-3 times every month you must have been on the sector of our cloud that had issues last month. The large majority of our customers have been without downtime for over a year and we will strive to extend this level of service to you as well.
