Posted by marktruman, 09-08-2012, 03:46 PM They told us to root into our server and do ' halt ' to stop data loss. However when I come to root in, it says access denied! It was working fine 4 hours ago, and now my WHM login doesn't work either. Any reason for this? No support reply also, you'd think there would be some for issues like this just before a migration
How big of a chance I will loose my data?

If your server is running Linux, it'll be cleanly shut down by us.
