Hello all,

Is there anybody who knows something about outage of registryweb.com?
My domain is there and is offline and also the registryweb.com website.
nslookup and ping does not give answers.
What is happening?????

Just 2 nameservers and both in the same datacenter (maybe on the same server) and both down. A trace to them ends at Level3 Tustin, so it's most likely a server / datacenter / network failure.

Ok thanks for sorting this out, have to wait for monday in Australia i guess.
Strange they don't have service at weekends

The answer:

NETWORK OUTAGE DUE TO FIRE

We're sorry, however our Network sites, servers and email are currently offline due to an electrical fire in our data centre.
Unfortunately, the fact that it happened at the worst possible time - during a US long weekend - makes it very difficult to obtain parts and has slowed down repairs.

We regret the inconvenience and our technicians are working hard to put all sites back online as soon as possible - hopefully within 24 hours!

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
