720leap Down?
Posted by HonestCat, 08-29-2012, 08:11 PM |
720leap appears to be having issues. My website is down and so is their own, and I get no e-mail acknowledging a ticket opening when I send to their support e-mail. No notice was given of any scheduled maintenance. A few hours ago it was just giving "500 Internal Server Error" on all sites hosted by them, now I can't connect at all. What's going on? |

Dear Valued Customers,
We here at 720Leap truly do apologize for the down time you have experienced. Our shared hosting server file system corrupted which has caused this inconvenience. We are currently reloading the operating system on this affected server and will then be restoring our nightly backup. We will be working through the night and will have services restored by early morning (EST).
We recognize that you have not been able to reach us as our company site was hosted on this server as well. We are currently in the process of moving our site onto its own server so that we can overcome this issue happening in the future.
We are a small company, growing from our mistakes and we value your business. We will be emailing all affected clients with further details once all services are restored and compensation will be made to all affected customers.
Warm Regards,
The 720Leap Team |

I'm sorry to hear that, sometimes these things happen. As long as this isn't a regular occurance, you should have no problem. And jtaM looks like he is working to sort out the problem!
