Mochahost down?

I have been hosting my personal web site on Mochahost, it has been down for the last two hours. I contacted Support and was told there was a need to do a reboot. But isn't it too long for a reboot? Wonder if Mochahost representatives here can give an ETA for the downtime. |

My site is still down, for about 5 hours now, thank goodness it is a personal site, but still it can be quite frustrating, the last and only email I got was there was some problems and they are doing a reboot! |

I saw their live chat is on. Did you try to contact with them? |

Contacting their live chat is of no use, they will ask you to email their Support. They finally replied though, asking me to go to a status page where they say they will be updating the status periodically. It is still blank though. |
