It appears problem on their He.net transit, now all traffic go to Cogentco. |

We're in the process of upgrading our fiber paths so we can expand our network
offerings. Unfortunately both HE and Cogent did the move at the exact same time
causing the downtime, they must use the same path that we weren't aware of. A
third provider should be online in then next few weeks, perhaps next few days as
we're only waiting for technical finalization on their side, the fiber is
already lit. |
