VZLayer no staff?

Hi, I understand that this isnt the place to ask, but i submitted a ticket with VZLayer at: 07/17/2012 10:53 and now its 07/24/2012 16:16. I was just wondering if the staff are away or something? and if anybody else was having the same problem? Just its been 7 day now... and still no reply? Regards.
