Confirmed it is offline on my end, I know they are in QuadraNet and they are not having any network issues, so it must be an issue isolated to there corporate web server |

Confirmed the website and WHCMS down from my side. However my VPS is not down in NL. |

We are experiencing issues with our US VPS box. This is only affecting our US VPS customers and our websites. All of our colocation customers and VPS customers on our France and Netherlands servers are online. We are working as quickly as possible to get the issue resolved. I will post updates when we have news on the issue. |

The server is now no longer booting up at all. We are having the Quadranet techs dereack the server to investigate what hardware might have gone bad, we believe it might be the motherboard. We will post another update when we have more information. |

According to whois hes been in business since Feb 2010. Maybe he went under. Hope you have backups.

They either have an outage or they jumped ship. It seems like a 1 server operation as there is only 1 nameserver (2 with the same IP):

If that nameserver is also their webserver (looks like it is) then 1 server down means everything is down. I hope you have a recent backup!

At first the server seemed to be in a boot cycle, and would get booted half way then restart itself. After awhile the server stopped booting on period and that is when we had Quadranet derack the server and check things out. They were able to get it to boot back up but then it went into the reboot cycle. We had to wait awhile to get access to a kvm in order for us to investigate it more to see what might be going on. Xen seemed to be corrupt and we had to repair that. After that was done we were able to boot back up in the xen kernel and have the VMs load again. All in all we think it was a mixture of hardware might be getting lose and then causing xen to become corrupt. If anyone has any other questions or concerns please email us. Thanks |
