IP nullrouted due to DDoS then they ignore phone calls and support tickets since Friday.
Anyone have any idea on how to get hold of them? |

Try contact their parent company ? On their site it says "GOWEB is a registered Trademark of INLINE Internet Online Dienste GmbH. All Rights Reserved"

maybe you want to make clear, that it was a firewall issue in your server and no outage or null routing from our side.
