One of my VPSs is currently unreachable via the web, but I can reach it via the solusvm console

I can access their website listed above fine. Trace route is working fine to home.z22se.com from where I am.

home.z22se.com is my home internet connection.

Server I can't access is 95.154.207.118

I've tried 3 different ISP's in the UK and all fail at the same point (Virgin Media, LittleBigOne, and my main VPS which is with Xtrahost)

Hmm, OK thanks. I've been able to open a support ticket by using my other VPS with them as a Proxy.

Hopefully they'll update their status blog soon... I'm also seeing intermittent outages to a VPS with them.

Hi guys

Sorry for the delay posting here, I've not been near a PC for a while.

We are seeing intermittent packet loss/routing issues to all subnets in one particular rack, so far the datacenter assures us they are not having any issues yet everything looks fine on our switches as well.

One of the senior network engineers is going to look at this, just waiting on them to get back to us with further news at this point.

A full RFO will be given once this is resolved, and I'm very sorry for the disruption. Once this is resolved you are welcome to follow the usual procedure for SLA credits.

The best thing to do in the meantime is to monitor www.pcsmarthosting.net / www.dns4vps.com for updates.

Thanks for the update Chris. I've just had confirmation the issue has been resolved, and I can confirm access again to my VPS.

Good stuff, we've given the all clear now.

I'm still not 100% sure what the cause was, we ended up reloading the switch (Same configuration), and all is fine. It's looking like a Firmware issue, bit strange for it to occur after a year of uptime+ but we'll be checking this with Cisco to ensure it doesnt re-occur.
