Whatever happened to failover and disaster recovery? Are you kidding me? This is really hurting. I can't retrieve my business e-mail and my website is down. I'm mad as hell. |

All of my websites, nameservers, everything is down because of this. I chose Omnis over GoDaddy to try and not give GoDaddy all of my money, but maybe they deserve it. I have DNS issues at least once every other month, and now this. No bueno. |

How can the whole system be down? How can there be no backup? Doesn't their ISP Provider have a backup system? Didn't Omnis make sure of that when they contracted with their ISP provider? I am shocked this has gone on as long as it has. I may have lost business because I can't respond to an e-mail. I am going to demand a credit for this downtime. |
