snelserver down again

My servers have been down for 4 hours now. Anyone else expereincing this?

We are currently not experiencing any issues on our network.
Please open a support ticket through your SnelPanel so we can look into the issue.

That's correct, our websites are under attack. Nothing else is affected and all servers are up.

I've just ordred a dual quad core server and I can't access. It was provided with the wrong OS (I asked for vmware esxi) - and the KVM tells me I'm not authorised?

A bit odd that the network is down - can't even get to the corporate site.

Slightly worried about running a small business out of this server now....

Our e-mails are unaffected, you can e-mail support@snelserver.com. The control panel should be up too.

We've received your ticket and are working on it. As mentioned, the network was not down - just our website which was under attack.

Not so Snel - my server was down for 1hr 15 mins, logs show server was up and running but network timing out - been very sporadic since the 11th July you mentioned a few months back you were going to add another network provider can I assume this has not been done?

The network has been stable for the past 24 hours. If you continue having issues (or have had issues before the initial downtime on Friday night), please open a ticket.
As soon as our network provider has an explanation or update about the issues we have experienced, we will let you know by e-mail.
