is resellone.net dead?

Hello,
This week I have been experiencing problems with resellone. The support email is not working (mails are bouncing)
The billing departament is not answering.
Does anybody know anything abot them?

All departaments are not answering.
The support mail is bouncing since 4 days ago. |

I can recommend only one effective thing - go to the Softlayer website, open a live chat, then ask the representative to connect you with someone from the Resellone team.
This is what I do when I need something from them.
P.S: It may not work on weekends... |
