Apparently WHMCS's main site is down. However their forum is up.

I can't even ping them. I get a 100 % loss when trying to ping them.

I am in southern US getting slow resolve and unstyled page.

Just-Ping shows 70-100% packet loss across the globe.

I had issues earlier also, it seems their ddos appliance can incorrectly block people sometimes.

We're getting this when trying to access our admin area:

WHMCS has not been able to verify your license for the last few days.

To access your WHMCS Admin Area again, first the license needs to be verified. So please check & ensure that you don't have any firewall or other rules blocking outgoing connections to our website.

We are getting the same error. Looks like the WHMCS web site is down again.

I've checked their Twitter account and there hasn't been any updates regarding this yet.

EDIT

Their website is back online and the license error has gone away

Yes Hacker group announcing on their twitter that they are dosing them.
