swvps problems

My VPS with swvps has been down since 7am PST on Saturday.
Support has not been responding to trouble tickets. With the talk of other providers having problems in the Scranton, PA data center I can't help but wonder if there is a pattern beginning to develop here. Strange thing is the IPs respond to pings but refuse any connections, control panel is inaccessable, etc.
Anyone else having trouble with swvps? |

After 67 hours support finally replied that they had 'rebooted' the VPS and it was up and running. While it's accessible the control panel still is not. I would have to say this was on of their worse outages with me. Thing is if the control panel was accessible I could of rebooted the VPS on my own and not had to wait for 67 hours... |

Couldn't connect via SSH and do a reboot?
shutdown -r now or just
reboot |

No, I should of mentioned this is a Windows VPS (32bit). It's currently down once again. Went down Saturday morning at 8:32am and is still down. Support hasn't replied to ticket and its been over 28 hours since it's been down. If they would of taken the time to actually fix the control panel as they had promised I could simply reboot the VPS myself. |
