Anybody else at solarvps.com is having problems?

Hello,
I have 2 VPS with Solarvps.com and both are out of service.
I placed a support ticket 30 minutes ago and haven´t received a response yet. |

Hi,
I just received the following from them:
"We just wanted to let you know that there is a problem in our London, UK datacenter, and all servers from the UK are currently affected. The engineers are currently working on this."
There is no ETA at the moment.
I believe this is related to the poundhost.com thread so best to keep an eye on that as well.

Solarvps finally replied to my ticket. They say that there seems to be a problem with the RAID card and they will need to replace it.
How lucky I am that I have 2 VPS with them and it seems that both are under the same hardware. |

The last update I received was the following:
The raid array on the server failed. We are currently trying to solve this in 2 ways.
1. We are still trying to recover the failed array.
2. A bare metal restore has already been started to a brand new hardware node
However I don´t have idea how long will it take to have the services operative again. |
