Secured Servers issues?
Posted by dlm7, 05-06-2012, 06:01 PM |
I was just doing some work when I noticed one of my servers went down (but some others are up). It's only been about 10 minutes down now. I was going to go to the control panel to power cycle it but I notice that seems down as well: https://portal.securedservers.com/ and I cannot access it. So I'm thinking it may not just be me. The main site at http://securedservers.com seems fine though.
Anyone else having problems? |

Hello,
There is talk in the WHT Premium Section echoing this as well. Some have called and confirmed it is a network issue. |

One of mine is still down as well along with https://portal.securedservers.com/
To be fair though it's the first time in many months I have noticed any downtime with them. I hope this is fixed within the next hour. |

Over an hour and a half on a 100% network SLA? |

All,
It looks like one of the PDBs serving a small portion of our racks went offline. We will issue a formal RFP as soon as we are out of firefighting mode.
We will be providing updates as we have them to http://outages.phoenixnap.com/ |

You should probably email them, like he said. |
