Please refer to our blog for the most updated status. This affects a portion of the Smart Server clients in one of 5 DC locations.

Estimated time of resolution: N/A
Impact: Inaccessibility for the smart servers on one of the segment of our network infrastructure.
We are currently investigating a situation that might affect a segment of our network infrastructure.
Our technical team is actively working on finding a solution to this problem. We will regularly communicate with you about the status of this operation.

The issue is resolved for just about everyone. If you are still seeing issues please open a ticket with support. |

Issues started some 10 minutes ago again. Though I am sure support is aware, yeah? It feels a tad un-necessary to open up a new ticket about a known issue. |

I agree and apologize for the downtime. The network team is working to find the root cause and implement a permanent fix. If you haven't already, please open a ticket and support will assist you.

For those who are still having connectivity issues on websites or secondary IPs, we invite you to try the following procedure:
1- Ping any public domain such as google.com;
2- Input the following commands in your server : /etc/init.d/network restart OR /etc/init.d/networking restart for Ubuntu/Debian
This could help with secondary IPs not resolving. |
