hello:

TMZVPS USManaged3 down again, Down time over 4.3 hours and still continue, I tried reboot, but still show offline, So that problem is at main node, I will cancell this vps end of billing!

Have you contacted TMZ about this issue? Is this a regular occurrence or a one time thing?

I am contacted TMZ, I am sure this is not one time thing,at last down, I used Pingdom to monitor, when the vps is down, I reboot at SolusVM, the server can not reboot, My whm can not login too! all site can not open!

Hello,

US3 was down earlier and had to be hard-rebooted. An email was sent out to all affected clients about the reboot. The total downtime was about 30 minutes.

I just checked and we have no open tickets about a down VPS. Can you please PM me the IP address of your VPS or a ticket number so I can look into this?

As Jonathan said above, we sent you an e-mail, I don't see a reason for why this thread was opened.

We usually do not give out credit when an issue like this happens because it was not a network issue, but I would gladly credit your account if you PM me or e-mail me your hostname or IP.

I received the down email, but not this time down, this is longest down is over 4 hours before your ISSUE email, do you monitor your server? I can confirmed your main server down cause my vps down, not the problem at my vps. you can check this monitor, I has been PM my pingdom ID to you!

as you said is main server have issue hard-rebooted? total downtime was about 30 minutes, when your main server issue fixed? do you confirmed all vps up? I used pingdom monitor the vps, and my client report to me the vps is down!
