Issues with Quadranet?

Seems some issues with Quadranet at present. I cannot even open support portal https://manage.quadranet.com Some of our servers (not all) are not responding as well. Support tickets are also not getting raised. Anybody else?

They just said, "There was an issue with our ubersmith". It seems that my server issue and their help desk issues are two different issues. Doesn't seem outage at Quadranet.
