Datashack Down/Package Loss?

Posted by fancypocket, 04-14-2012, 11:49 AM
3 of our servers are down and 1 is having a package loss. Anyone else has a network issue with Datashack?

I have a backup server with them. I am not seeing any problems with it. I am also not having any problem accessing their site.

1387 packets transmitted, 689 packets received, 50.3% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 11.301/14.101/126.442/12.175 ms

Have you tried contacting them?

This is weird now. I can access all servers' main IP addresses, but not the rest of the IPs added into the servers.

If no one else is having an issue might be a configuration problem. Have you contacted their support?

Hello,

i have exactly the same problem. All my IP Blocks is not working. I have already contacted them.

Posted by fancypocket, 04-14-2012, 12:17 PM
I dont think it is the configuration. Yes, no reply after an hour.

Now one of my IP block came up but, the others is still down.

One of my servers with them is seeing 100% packet loss and has been down about 20 minutes.

Posted by fancypocket, 04-14-2012, 12:32 PM
It looks like nobody is working at support. Normally, they response quite fast.

Posted by subigo, 04-14-2012, 12:34 PM
My server is back up. Most likely a switch issue.

Posted by fancypocket, 04-14-2012, 12:36 PM
subigo,

Can you ping all your IPs?

Posted by Crandion, 04-14-2012, 12:36 PM
Network is now completely down for two of our servers, so the situation is not over yet.

Posted by subigo, 04-14-2012, 12:40 PM
Yes, all of my IPs are reachable. I have multiple servers with them and they are all reachable now. Only one of them was down and it lasted about 30 minutes.

Posted by fancypocket, 04-14-2012, 12:42 PM
all of my servers are up now, but only the main ip is accessible.

Posted by fancypocket, 04-14-2012, 12:44 PM
Nope. All IPs are accessible now.

Posted by knowledge is power, 04-14-2012, 12:46 PM
Now all my IP blocks is working but, still losing packages

Posted by Crandion, 04-14-2012, 12:48 PM
Ours came back online again now. Not seeing any packet loss yet either, but no word back on the ticket I submitted.
