i contacted the support and got the reply that
"this is a network issue that we have already escalated to our upstream. since the issue is not with our control we can do nothing but wait for them to resolve it"
after this reply there is no response to the ticket and the server has not started back....
i have not bought this server for sla credits... i need good uptime or i loose my hard earned loyal visitors..... |

no one is bothered to reply..... vps down for almost 20 hours....
stuck with stupid people.....
all efforts of 6 months gone in the drain.....
dont ever buy their vps or any other service |

Hello,
I wonder if the VPS Node was nullrouted by the upstream provider for an inbound/outbound DDoS Attack. |

I'm sure they will respond soon, if they do come back up I would move as fast as you could.
I've seen some good things about them. Price, they are a budget provider. |
