Anyone else have servers out at SnelServer? |

There website is up. Don't have any services with them though. |

Their front end web site has been up all along.
I had an issue with them yesterday for about 1/2 hour being down.
It's going on 2 hours now and there is no response to a support ticket as well.

I've been waiting for a server told due on Tuesday evening its now midnight Thursday... |

I have no idea what is going on with the server or with SnelServer not responding to the support ticket.
Usually the support tickets are answered and resolved quickly.
I am unable to connect to IPMI through the control panel to reboot the server and the KVM is unresponsive.
The server has been down now over 8+ hours without a response from SnelServer support team.
Not good. |

I have no idea as to the switch my server is on.
Everything that can be done remotely from my server management team has been tried unsuccessfully.
Not a peep from SnelServer support for 15+ hours and counting.

http://www.snelnoc.com/ Why not call them I have servers there and all OK - ordered one ( in stock) last night and it has been delivered, had small issue with deployment and ticket was answered within an hour or so. |

I received a support ticket response about 30 minutes ago stating the issue is now being investigated.
Hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly. |

Just to clarify, this was an issue just with this server. Our network has not seen any disruptancies in the last few weeks. |

I can concur - transfer rates are abysmal - no reply to tickets and no one in office to respond to calls.
