It's becoming a common thing alas.

We've been seeing a lot of that happening in the LE* markets.

That's explains why BlueVM VPS in Continuum is having problem now

I really hate people who think ddos attacks are the way to protest something. I can't really blame Continuum on this.

Boggles the mind what they would even be protesting (unless I've missed something big).

Burst you having people attack your network after the raid?

Microsoft took matters in its own hands regarding a major cybersecurity issue. The company, with the blessing of federal officials, seized control of servers at two rogue hosting companies.

Why attack Continuum for having their DC raided? Surely it would make more sense to attack Microsoft...
Or, it could be unrelated.

Yeah, Id be more impressed with Microsoft (and Google for that matter) if they did something about all the spam that originates from Hotmail and gMail addresses

Down over here

In an effort to continually improve your IP connectivity in the Lombard (LMB) data center network, Continuum will be adding additional bandwidth to the upstream fabric today. During this event, customers may see a brief period of routing reconvergence and sub-optimal routing as traffic destined for the new link, and increase in bandwidth, is re-routed and added.

Yeah, they sent notices so this is expected. Seems to be back at the moment for me.
