It seems that, their main website is down too.
Any updates on twitter or any other social networking site?

So, their WHOIS Privacy is protected, nameservers are showing as
Domain servers in listed order:
ns1.premiumcheap.com
ns2.premiumcheap.com

How you trust them?

Looks like they were on WHT about 2 hours ago. Maybe PM them?

Looks like they have white label nameservers nothing wrong with that...

Maybe its time they took the plunge and placed their main site along with client area onto a different server away from the servers they provision clients on so when a blackout happens at least their site will be visable.

Its no problem if they have domain privacy on the nameservers but they should not have it on their primary domain.

I removed the signature quite a bit back. Unfortunately, we experienced a high level DDOS Attack and this has been resolved.

We are considering moving the billing system to a different server after this attack for sure.

The mail server is experiencing issues. We expect to have it resolved soon.

The mail server is up now.

Please contact support [at] rlshosting.com for any further issues.

You may contact rlshosting [at] gmail.com too if our server is offline.

You may also see our facebook at http://facebook.com/rlshosting and see our twitter at http://twitter.com/#/rlshosting/.
