There was a core failure today which we had to bypass the core and use our secondary core router. We are working with our primary vendor to have them troubleshoot the hardware.

@PhotonVPS-Jim,

I'm sorry to hear of the problem your having and I hope you and your team are able to resolve the issue quickly with your primary vendor and restore full service to the customers. It always sucks having any type of service interruption small or big, It's just a pain for the customers and the business itself!

Good luck to you guy's, and the customers. Keep us posted here guy's if ya can when it returns, I assume not everyone is still offline, as some mentioned it's offline, and some mentioned it's working? It seems online and accessible now from here...

Our servers with photonvps has been back online, running great with no network issues since yesterday.

Posted by Profuse-Jimmy, 03-22-2012, 01:02 PM
Pinging our server will not help as a test we heavily rate-limit our ICMP going to our servers.

This should have been resolve the previous night if your having issues please open a ticket for further investigation.
