Instantdedicated.com - website down?

Posted by p0go, 03-01-2012, 11:31 AM
Hey WHT.

Is it just me, or is InstantDedicated.com website down? I was surfing their webpage a few days ago, and I was interested in checking something out with them, and when I returned to visit the webpage this morning, I noticed my browser times out resulting in that the webpage is either offline or there is a problem. I just wanted to see if anyone can confirm this with me or is it just me.

If it is offline, does anyone know what is the situation or happening?

Thanks guys,
p0go.

Okay, Thank you.. I was wondering what was going on and to be honest, I couldn't find nothing out. I only posted here because I couldn't find no information out about it, and i noticed their sister-company ServerBoost was still appearing online and webpage loaded fine for me, but InstantDedicated was down, it's still not loading yet for me.

They say a ETA and is there any backup of it? So that I can access client portal or anything they mention on twitter, and is there helpdesk down? I haven't had any response via ticket/email I sent in last night.

We were moving the webserver (physically) to another location, that's why it was down.
Apologies for any inconvenience

Mail and support were still available during the move. Only the public site was unavailable.
