Our servers with Limestone appear to be online, have you given them a call or sent a ticket in?
They always have answered my phone calls within seconds and answered tickets within a few minutes. |

They blamed it on a switch. Second time in a month this has happened. |

Second time in one month that your server has went offline and it was because of the switch?
May I ask why you came here before contacting LSN over the phone or their ticket system to see if there was a issue with your server or something going on, most cases it's going to be related with the service directly as they've always been pretty sharp and quick to resolve things, and contact their clients if something goes wrong.
Just a question... Is it just me, I know I'm new and all, but the last few days, I've seen tons of people submit threads in the VPS Discussion, and Dedicated Discussion sections about things that go wrong with their service - like this is the providers helpdesk, or will speed the process up any quicker. To be honest, I believe it would make it worse and a longer delay.
Now I can understand if the company had a outage or something like that sure and your discussing it, but I seen just three in the past 20 minutes of people that submitted here and it was either just a problem related to their server or service and just submitted a ticket a few moments before the post, didn't even allow the company to check into it and respond, and I also noticed that alot of Burst clients come here and complain about a lack in support? I never had a problem with Burst, They've always been fine for the equipment our business has with them, and the support has been fine for us.
Sorry, was venting I guess haha.. Nothing really directed at you OP, I was just stating a point in reference to your thread also.
