Update:
The issue is not within our own equipment but with Cogent Co.
Cogent technicians have just entered the datacenter and are working on resolving the problem. Hopefully this will be sorted quickly.

"Stabilized" is unfortunately a poor choice of words by Cogent, it is far from.
We are still waiting for the connections to be restored. |
