Something i posted before regarding jolihost! I have not move everything yet and this had to happen.. My bad experience
1.super low price indicates extreme overselling. check out their plans are they overselling badly? Yes! The low price couldn't cover the payment for turnkey. Master reseller for $3 a month???
2. I spoke to them before, they dont really know the technicals. Support from them is Zero! They are relying purely on turnkey reseller enduser support. I had really bad times from them. furthermore $$ handled by a 13/14yr old kid?. good that they are trying but not like this..handling our money and data
3. checked out their main website about us.. 2 teenagers.. did a background check and you know what? They are only about 13-14 years old and still in school!..
Found the facebook belonging to the owner of that hosting and it states that he is born in 1997! what the..
5. Website is from a cheap template which is badly done. broken links, default template lorem ipsum can be found on the site. hacked content still there.. long enough to appear on search engine
6. plenty of issues from them, as they are kids and they dont know what to do with various things happening like
-hacked accounts. had to ask in forum, kind souls offered advice. didnt response which i guess the response had a certain skill level to it which is too high for them to understand.
-hack pages traces still exist in their hosting website and yet they dont even know. i can even find the hacked content on their hosting
-blank page in whmcs. had to ask in forum
-using subdomain as main. had to ask in forum
-using turnkey and yet complaining about turnkey overselling when they are overselling. complained about turnkey various issues. yet now they are still on turnkey.
-unable to get cpanel themes... had to ask in forum.
-how to setup Zamfoo WHMCS..had to ask in forum
7. if you search by their alias ngwh in wht, you can see they have been hacked multiple times before..best thing is as of now 04 feb 2012, they are hacked at their main site...seriously...again and again...
would you go with them??
I still wonder why people never did background checks before signing up...i learnt my lesson |

I am sorry you had a bad experience with a host if what is said is true it is horrible. This looks like the normal you get what you pay for situation but kids running it makes it even worse. I hope you have better luck at a new host. |

Pretty sure all this information has been available beforehand. Often we are blinded by what we want to see and neglect the obvious flaws and shortcomings of a tempting offer. This is human nature. |
