Major Network Outage
As of 8am PST, we are seeing issues connecting to our multiple datacenters. We are getting everyone from the admin, network, data center and support teams on the case to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. We will update regularly with any info that we have.
Update Jan 30th, 8:20am PST:All personnel are notified and are rushing into position to investigate and get this issue resolved as fast as humanly possible. We do not have any new info at this time about the cause but it is being investigated. Justin

Posted by celthunder, 01-30-2012, 01:08 PM good to know they seem to be providing customers with new information every 15-20 minutes or so. Not a customer I just think that looks good for them (not the outage but how they're handling it)
