Cortexnetworks Down?

Hello,
I cannot connect to my VPS at cortexnetworks at this time and their website
http://www.cortexnetworks.com/
down as well, so I cannot submit ticket to notify them. Is anyone using Cortexnetworks and have problem like me?

The node had a kernel panic this morning on our Chicago node. The server is back up and VPS's are coming back online.
We are looking into the root cause of the kernel panic now.
Your VPS is now back online and pinging. Please let us know if you have any problems getting back in. |

We have identified some possible bad memory in HN01.CHI and are looking to get it replaced ASAP. This should fix the instability we have had on that node lately. |

Bad memory was found, we are coordinating with our vendor and data center to get this swapped out.
For now HN01.CHI is back online and all VPS's are reported running. |

UPDATE:
The technicians will be replacing the memory shortly. So the server will be going down one more time. Hopefully this is the last time for a while. |

UPDATE: The Bad memory has been swapped out and the server is back online and all VPS's report back online. |
