TMZ Hosting Down

Their website is down and their support people have completely abandoned everyone. I have a ticket that has not been responded to in 5 hours.
This is my first experience with TMZ Hosting and so far they are performing absolutely terribly.
I'm posting here out of frustration since it is not possible to get any response from TMZ through their support portal. |

Finally resolved but I had to get Daniel's personal email from the whois record to get any work done.
Happy it's over, but not happy that I had a domain down for almost seven hours. |

There is no phone number published anywhere for TMZ. I eventually tried the one from the whois record, but it was disconnected. |

Jon,
I apologize for that. I also offered you one month free of hosting that not many providers would do.
I am glad all of the issues are now resolved and everything is working correctly for you. We are doing a lot of changes with our phone systems and our custom control panel. This is why the one posted on TMZHosting isn't working at the moment.

Hi,
Our Main websites were down because we had to do emergency maintenance on the server. It's all back up and running now and everything will resume to normal.
No client services were affected, just our main websites.

I want to close this loop.
I have been with TMZ since this first post in January so that's 5-6 months now. After that first initial frustration, I have had nothing but good experiences with TMZ. They respond well to my support tickets, they do whatever management things I ask of them, they have brought in their L3 guys to assist me when I thought I had been compromised and they even reversed a decision to no longer accept support tickets via email because I complained that was the only method I had to submit tickets during the work day.
I am not the easiest customer to have - I have high expectations of my hosting company - and TMZ is meeting those expectations.

I sincerely thank you for the kinds words. Any time we get feedback, be it negative or positive, we use it to better the company for our customers. I am glad that we are living up to your expectations, and while it's still unfortunate that we have some rough times, we really do try our best at all times.
