Does anyone know why ms11.net is down, or when they will be back online, if ever? |

Thanks for the reply, but the sites are not showing up for me.
I have one site that is hosted by them - and it's been down all day today.
Even their home page is down, where one should be able to log into the cpanel..
I do have an old e mail address for one of the guys who works there, and I just e- mailed him.
Does anyone else know what's going on, or is anyone else having problems with their ms11.net hosted site being down? |

All my sites have been down since yesterday.
About 24 hours now.
No idea what the reason could be.
Also no idea if they are ever coming back.
It´s really annoying, as I have a huge amount of material hosted with them and it´s a case of what now?

My ms11.net site is still down today.
I e-mailed a ms11.net employee yesterday (Michael S.) and got a reply last night.
He told me that ms11.net had a "severe drive failure."
He said they could not restore data from one set of drives, and they were going to use backups of data from Saturday.
He said some ms11.net sites are back up already, and they will get around to fixing others soon. He didn't say exactly when.
IMHO, they really ought to send out a press release or something so that people like us can find out what happened, and get updates.
Currently, when I do a search for the phrase "ms11.net," all I get is their home page link (which has been down for two or three days now) and this forum thread. |
