ComfortHost down (again)?

Site crawled to a halt and now even their support system is not working. Looks like they are hosting the Helpdesk at secure.accuratehub.com and those guys have a problem connecting as well. When you submit a support ticket to ComfortHost, you get this:
Quote:
Warning: stream_socket_client() [function.stream-socket-client]: unable to connect to tcp://comforthost.net:26 (Connection refused) in /home/comfort/public_html/secure/s/__swift/thirdparty/XPM/PHP5/SMTP5.php on line 129

Hello,
On behalf of the entire ComfortHost team, we would like to apologize for our website outage.
As you main now, our website had previous issues about a week ago. We are in the proccess of moving our website to another data center. Our experienced team of system administrators have been working for a few days and will continue to work to ensure improved helpdesk, panel, and service reliability and general quaility. We did schedule an internal maintenance, but did not announce it as no interference with our helpdesk or website was expected. The temporary error on the help desk was resolved very quickly.
Once again, we would like to apologize for the issues this afternoon that solely effected our site (not client services). If you have any other questions, feel free to submit a ticket to our administration team in the helpdesk.
Thank you for your trust. |
