Hardware failure, from December 26 to December 30, (UTC +8) is still not resolved.

No, they said as soon as possible.

They do not take the initiative to inform customers of hardware failure resulting in downtime, I found down, submit ticket to know this.

Outages/downtime can happen with any provider but it's better not to keep customers in the dark about it. If you have your own backups you can move away anytime. Good luck.

I use a shared hosting from Hostitek.
All of my date lost.
No man reply the ticket for 5 days!
I think Hostitek is very unreliable!

Thanks, this is my test site, has little effect.

I would let everyone know that hostitek.com attitudes and abilities they deal with things, you want to use them before the host can refer to.

Downtime entered its fifth day.

Wow. I was with them for about two months and had pretty good service, but it seems I dodged a bullet if it is taking them 23 days to fix something like this.

I gave Hostitek a long time to deal with this problem, but they do not understand value. This is my review of Hostitek.com, unpleasant experience.
