I could never find a number for support always had to use the support ticket. Wish they would notify us a little better when sites are down on whats going on.

I prefer this is temporary downtime. As I know, many offshore hosting provider can't keep their uptime network as well, but not much from them are drop your data.

Once you had a backup, let's go to other hosting provider. With offshore hosting, I recommend MonsterMegs.

I have checked the site is working , but seems that there is no one on live chat. Help desk tickets may be a better option to contact them.

This is very good sound. As I told, this is temporary problem only.

How long did the down time end up being? Did you get any idea of what happened and what was done so that it won't occur again?
