HostX10 Gone Too ??

Since last 24 hours hostx10 site is down with a maintenance page. Support system shows page can not display. Not replying direct mails. From last few hours WHM long stopped working keep saying wrong password. First data lost at Deasoft.com and now looks like backup lost at Hostx10. Whats going on with these hosts.  |

If I remember correctly, this the host that is being run by two teenagers?
Hopefully they are just having server issues and will be back up soon. |

Yep. Graduates in 2013 from a high school in India, claims to be 14-16 years old.
That sort of info is readily available, of you know where/how to look.

Yes support etc all contact method are down and they are not replying any email. I didnt hosted any site their but only backup of my sites. I have backup too with me so that its a no problem. |

Don't know how smart you need to be to go with an unlimited accounts master reseller provider if you care about any of your data.
Maybe their parents got them locked up in their rooms or cut their allowances. |

Loaded another client site yesterday.
Just did full site backups on the 5 domains running there.
I keep our clients on at least 2 hosts, outages happen all the time, sometimes they just don't come back. Just go buy another to replace 'em.
Only knew there might be a problem when I went to check on this month's bill. Their billing is off- bills are for last month, should be month in advance.
hostfly.in seems to be mia today, again. I don't have problems using start-ups, gotta start someplace, and some of the kids are pretty smart. Hopefully learn some responsibility and business savvy. Rip-off artists are another thing. |

You could make your life a lot less complicated by paying realistic prices and getting a proper host. |

Yeah have to wonder about companies founded by teenagers. Also you have no protections if you host with a company in India as US privacy laws do not apply there. So you risk your personal information hosting out of the country. Especially if you end up hosting with a fly by night company.
Good luck getting your data and finding a more reliable host. |

Its not the only part.
I have test the resellerpackage and they need to answer on tickets >5 days, the server need ~1 mins to create a cpanel account, login to cpanel needs minimum 30 sec. to load (different locations/countries)... don't waste your time with it. |

Yep, but I got a good VPS hosting design from the owner. I think he was the designer. Maybe he should just stick to web design. |
