All websites at deasoft are showing default cpanel page. No update from Deasoft till now on support system. Anyone having same issue like mine ?

Did they recently change IPs or move the server or change your IP from shared to dedicated ?

They may have lost the data or data center move.

Ping your domain names and check if the server IP's have changed

The IP is pinging and it appears that cPanel is working well at least the login page is coming up...

Check your .htaccess file

No passwords are working... mails/cpanel/whm. It looks like all data and reseller account have vanished from server.

We have a master reseller account there. It has been very erratic for the last couple of weeks and mostly down last few days. Here is what my assciate was told:

"The service has fallen victim to a serious and nasty hacking attack from Iranian hackers. A lot of data has been deleted and we are rebuilding the server from backups."

The situation is really grim.

This is probably due to a hole in there whmreseller software.

May be they need to rebuild the apache configuration.
