is livehelp now down?

Anyone else use Livehelpnow and having problems?
Posted by musicman153, 12-16-2011, 01:29 PM Well the answer to my question was "Yes it was down for some 4hrs". Seems the "cloud" turned into a rain storm.
I had replaced the chat with a free version and called them (to cancel) as soon as they opened in the morning. The way they handled the outage though and the way customer service handled the call made me rethink this and take the time to reload their script into my site.
There's nothing short of good customer service.
