thesimplehost.net is offline for few hours now. They do not respond on phone calls and we do not have any other alternate way of communication. Very frustrating. I must apologize to my customers and I do not know what to say and when web sites and emails will be online. Very frustrating. Nightmare |

Online from my side, maybe your IP is blocked on their Firewall? |

Their website also seems to be online for me? Try submitting a ticket if your haven't already.
If you have been blocked by the firewall and can't access their site, try emailing them at customer@thesimplehost.net. |

Now is online, but from 10 to 16:30 (GMT+1) was offline.
No, I had 30 calls from customers.
Usuly they have good uptime 99,97, but they must answer on my phone calls to tell me do they know what is solution time. Nothing more. It is simply not correct not answer on phone. |

We did indeed suffer some downtime on a few servers due to a failed switch. It has now been resolved and all servers are online.
