Softlayer - Dallas Network Issue

Softlayer in Dallas has ground to a halt for me here in the UK, I am getting 6B/s from our server and the same from their test files.
They have confirmed the issue:
I do apologize for this issue, and our network engineers are aware of an issue out of our Dallas data center. They are working hard to resolve this issue. If you could create a ticket for this issue we can get this over to our engineers to provide you with a more in depth explanation. |

One can only assume that their 128k ISDN backup has kicked in . |
